I like almost everything. The location is good, the room was cosy and very clean, romantic view from the balcony, Staff were very friendly and the room service was fast. The best part for me and my wife is that alcohol drinking was not allowed. Best hotel for families

It was fairly clean, and the people were very supportive. Very good service, although a few employees were not particularly friendly. Got a satisfactory breakfast included. This wonderful and absolutely incredible hotel was in central location close to many restaurants. The place was near Koyla, where you can have dinner. No complaint, the venue met the needs, recommend it.

Easy access to Metro and they provided me the highest room where you can see the view in Dubai. House keeping staff is welcoming to keep the room clean and hotel cafe provides very good quality of foods.
I stayed four nights there and certainly enjoyed my stay. However, internet was only available for one day due to some technical issues. I kept saying this particular issue to the hotel lobby staff and technical staff tried to solve the problem, but could not fix during my stay. I ended up coming down to the lobby every time I need to do internet. One of staff even insisted me that the problem was my laptop, but turned out to be the LAN plug casing the malfunction. I was right, but no comments from the lobby staff. I am usually easy going and can tolerate this kind of the manner, but this time I felt my responsibility to address issues otherwise they are never able to fix. They claim as 4 stars hotel, but their hospitality mind is not acceptable from point of the western standards.

very close to the airport so ideal for the last night's stay in Dubai, however, there's not much to do around the hotel so you need to get into a cab
the reception staff was abysmal: my friend dropped me off and she wanted to get changed to something more comfortable in my room and the receptionist automatically thought that she must be a prostitute and simply refused to allow her to go upstairs even for 10 minutes! humiliating and outrageous to say the least. also when you check in they insist on keeping your passport for the duration of your stay "to scan it". when I checked out I was made to wait for 5 minutes at the reception for a bellboy to go upstairs to "check the room". Who do they think they are and more importantly who did they think I was? overall a very negative experience - stay clear!

Very nice room. Impresssive for the price we paid. Can't speak about breakfast or lunch/dinner we didn't take it .
The parking is too narrow, specialy the road down to the basement. You need to be guided. The architec who has designed that should be fired.
